Everything you need to know about renting from East Tenn Rent-Alls

Rental Payment, Contract Reqests and Credit Accounts...

All rentals require a deposit or are paid in advance. East Tenn Rent-Alls accepts either cash or a valid credit card as deposit for rentals. All persons renting must also supply a valid drivers license, phone number, and jobsite location for security reasons and sign the contract and inspection forms before equipment can be delivered or picked up. Commercial accounts may complete a credit application and may be eligible to open an account subject to approval of their application. Delivery...

Delivery charges are based on size of equipment, time, and number of personnel needed. East Tenn Rent-Alls does not assume a pick up time or date. It is the customers responsibility to notify East Tenn Rent-Alls when equipment is ready for pick up. Please call East Tenn Rent-Alls for delivery rates and further details.

Service...

All tools and equipment are delivered cleaned, serviced, full of fuel and in operative condition. All tools and equipment are to return to East Tenn Rent-Alls in like condition. On long-term rentals, customer is responsible for following the manufacturers suggested service policy while on rent. Normal daily and periodic servicing is to include checking and maintaining fluid levels (oil, water, antifreeze, etc) and tire wear. Customer is responsible for flat tires and tire abuse/damage. Customer is responsible for contacting East Tenn Rent-Alls immediately upon any loss, damage, or mechanical failures of equipment.

Safety and Security...

Customer is responsible for understanding or furnishing qualified operators to insure the safe operation of equipment. Customer is responsible for use and maintenance of the equipment's safety feature during rental period, i.e. seat belts, ROPS canopies, safety harnesses, etc.. Customer is responsible for using the equipment or told for the application it is suited for and is responsible for safeguarding the equipment from theft, damage or rollover while on rent.

Rental Periods/Rates/Terms...

Most equipment is available to rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Some equipment is available on a 4 hour (1/2 day) basis. Rentals equipped with "Service Hour Meters" include 9 hours running time during a 24 hour (1 day) rental, 63 hours with a weekly (7 day) rental, or 252 hours with a monthly (28-day) rental.
